A group of Farmington Public Schools students have organized a drive to ensure local families in need have the cleaning supplies they need.
Robotics teams 3414 Hackbots and 14815 Hackbytes are partnering with Operation Common Good (OCG) to host the Scrubble Bubble Sanitizing Drive. Teams will collect donations of cleaning supplies such as paper towels, detergent, and sanitizing wipes through Friday, November 9.
Collection boxes have been posted outside the main offices at Farmington High School, North Farmington High School, Harrison High School, and Power Middle School. To learn more about the drive, send a note to team3414hackbots@gmail.com.
Operation Common Good, a school-based nonprofit, exists to ensure that all Farmington Schools children enjoy similar experiences – access to field trips, enrichments, and special events. Support is given without bias, as needs arise. To learn more, visit operationcommongood.org.
